ASSEMBLY
1/ Disconnect connector plug for fender harness.
2/ Remove 6 fender bolts, remembering the forward 2 are shorter, then remove fender.
3/ (Not applicable to RS models) Remove seat latch by removing the screw. Once latch is free, the cable should be disconnected from mechanism.
4/ Replace forward 2 rubber grommets fitted on fender, to forward 2 holes in F.E.K mud pan.
5/ Keep all other rubber grommets and steel ferules in place. First, fit the forward 2 bolts retaining light bracket, using oem bolts. Stainless washers and nyloc nuts supplied.
6/ With all 4 holes in bracket aligned, tighten forward 2 bolts. Please make sure the steel ferules are fully located into 4 holes in aluminum lamp bracket. Be aware that grommet holes are slightly elongated for alignment. Before fitting, make grommets free in holes for easy alignment.
7/ For R model only. Feed seat latch cable through transfer hole in base of pan. Reattach to latch and secure latch to frame.
8/ Align mud pan and secure with remaining 4 bolts, washers and nuts. Remembering, the shorter 2 bolts fit in forward position.
9/ Connect wires as below

10mm Front Turn Signal Installation
All front turn signals are supplied with plug play connectors. It is common practice to install 10mm front signals. Mounting hole is easily enlarged with a drill.
